Amanda is here to guide you through all the confusing nutrition information and latest social media trends and find a path to healthy living. We focus on preventing and treating chronic diseases by enhancing your diet with nutrient dense meals, rather than restricting.

Amanda Smith, MS, RD, LDN

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background in clinical dietetics. She works as an inpatient dietitian at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Amanda completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital where she rotated at Weill Cornell Medical Center, Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Westchester Behavioral Health Center, and Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. She has a Master of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University.
